The Tweet Twins are racing this coming Thursday at the Kentucky race way and will bring alive the high speed world of motorsports in a virtual world as part of the business New Zealand Corporate Event Guide Expo.
There are few Kiwi’s who have not heard of Indy Hero Scott Dixon and his world championship status. Now The SimDeck open wheeler race car will allow visitors to the NZ Conference and Events Guide to have a taste of high speed action in the Formula Race Car / Simulator.
Visitors can gain a sense of the action of this Indy Oval racing at the Homestead track in Miami, Florida from this years final race in the Indy series.
The virtual trackside bill boards with Social Media sponsors have been installed and the Tweet Twins car has had the branding livery completed. During the Tweet Twins Formula GP experience drivers will be able to tweet their fastest lap performance into cyber space and be recorded for posterity in the Tweet Your Speed virtual experience.
During the weekend Tweet TV took a media crew down to the track to see some of the action. Pro Formula Sim Driver and Tweet Twin co-founder, Kevin Andreassend expects to see a range of performance and driver abilities. At the media press conference he was heard to say, “We have prepared a Formula BMW FB02 open wheeler with an average top speed of 200 kph, that should be enough to blur most drivers’ ability”.

Tweet Twin partners we will be talking to company owners how they can incorporate Social Media in the company growth plans. There are strong trends emerging in all sectors that show companies need to seriously consider their skills, abilities and online presence. The idea that being online means you have a web site is fast becoming outdated thinking as Social Media technologies and networks are facilitating new ways to engage with consumers, partners and the market as a whole.
